Frequently asked questions
We come to you for not extra charge if you live in either Victoria, Saanich, Oak Bay, Esquimalt, Colwood, View Royal, Central Saanich or Langford City Center.
Travel Fees (we pay our employees extra for driving long distances):
Brentwood Bay, North Saanich, Sidney, Metchosin, Goldstream, Happy Valley: $25
Sooke: $50
- Please point us to a wall outlet & water supply
- Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before we arrive.
- Please be home to meet us OR leave the vehicle unlocked. For newer cars, we appreciate to be given the keys in case they lock automatically.
- You don’t need to be home, but it’s preferred that you’re available for the first 10 minutes in case we have any questions or recommendations.
- We aim to arrive 5-10 minutes early however if we have to arrive late, you will be notified as soon as possible.
- Payment can be made by cash, card, or e transfer. Payment can be made before or after the service however must be complete before we leave your property.
- We have a full re-clean guarantee if you are not 100% satisfied with the service (we will come back unlimited times to clean the car again and make it right!)

We also have FREE emergency cleaning if you have an emergency (dog peeing, spilling liquid, bird poop, a muddy hike, etc) within 7 days of your previous detail, so you don’t need to worry about your clean car being ruined.
We restore every car to the cleanest possible condition, but some deep stains, years-old spills, burns, or extreme pet hair may require additional treatments or may not be 100% removable. Even with professional detailing.
That said, we’re always upfront about what’s possible and will do everything we can to make your car look it’s absolute best.
