How Long Does It Take?
It depends on how dirty your car is.
We usually take between 3-4 hours for an Interior Detail, and 1-1.5 hours for an Exterior Detail
Which Areas Do You Service?
We service all of Greater Victoria and come to your house free of charge.
We’ve had Car Detailing problems in the past. how can we know you’re going to do a good job?
We are rated 5 stars on Google (with 17 reviews), and we also provide a partial refund if you are unhappy with our service.
Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority, and we know that a single unhappy customer can be detrimental to a business. If you have any problems with us, we will go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.
What Do I Need to Provide?

I Live in an Apartment, Will You Still Service Me?
Yes, if you have a Car Wash station and plug-in within 50 feet of your car.
I Have to Park on the Street. Is that a Problem?
If your car is on the same side of the street as your house and you have a power outlet within 50 feet of the car, then yes! If not, we’re not able to.
I Don't have a dog, will you still serve me?
Yes. We are happy to serve you. If the job takes less than 3 hours, we will also provide a discount.
What are your Hours?
We can come to your house anytime between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
How do I pay?
We prefer you pay with cash or e-transfer, however you can also pay via online payment link
Do I need to be home?
It’s ideal if you’re home when we initially come by, but when we do the detail it’s not necessary. We just suggest that you keep your phone on in case we have any questions or updates.
What do i need to do before my detailing?
Make sure that your car is unlocked and parked somewhere with a plug nearby and a connection to water. If you have any questions or concerns, please make sure to communicate them to us.
Can I bring my car to you?
Yes. We have a place in James Bay where you can drop off your car.

I know someone who wants our service, do you have a referral program?
Yes we do! We offer a 10% off discount to you as well as the person you refer. When you book, please mention the name of the person you referred so that we can apply the discount!
Where are you located
We’re mobile, which means we come to your home or workplace to do the job, but if neither of those are possible please call us to arrange a place for us to detail your vehicle.
